At The Little HR Department, we’re on a mission to bring corporate-calibre HR support within reach of smaller organisations, helping them create workplaces that attract and retain top talent.


We partner with start-ups, growing businesses, and charities across the UK that aren’t yet ready for an in-house HR team but need expert HR support and the day-to-day HR workload taken off their desk. We act as an extension of their organisation, effectively becoming their very own Little HR Department.


We’re a small team ourselves, and we love working with other growing organisations. We know the benefits of this kind of workplace, variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact.
